An amazing musical instrument

The problem is who listens to them blues anymore? The $$$$$ is in whatever the kids are into and it ain't blues.

Washington Phillips an old 1920's gospel/blues cat played a strange instrument, see if I can find a picture.

Harry Manx one of the great current lap guitar players.

Saw him at Mud Island, Memphis, and he was amazing to watch play and he could get animated and not miss a lick. Like to have seen him play that instrument as I love the slide. Duane Allman is my favorite guitar player ever.

I first heard of him in the movie Roadhouse. He's great.

First time I've ever seen or heard one of these. I love the way it sounds. Why don't we see this lap slide instrument in more bands?

That player has a lot of cool instruments (guitar based) and is a heck of a blues player.

Probably because "bands" are a thing of the past!
