Anyone remember Kevin "Pup" Smith?

I know back in the day i was a big fan of PUP....I remember a buddy that was a raiders fan told me once that Kevin Smith was the best cb we had! lol

He was real good until he suffered either an achilles or ACL. He was never the same after that.

he was not even half the player afterwards
he could have been one of the greats
really stank what happened to him
