One thing that Romo does that I'd like to see him improve is his short passes on screens.
If you noticed on a few of those screens, Romo sort of floated the ball to his RB. That extra bit of time allows the defense to recognize the play that is developing and let's them attack the play.
Small things like that can be huge difference in the success of a screen play.
