I'd advise against it.

It is considered vandalism on someone's private property and if you get caught on camera or if you are seen by a witness you will pay heavy fines and possible jail time based on your criminal history.

I know this because my old roommate had fraternity letters on stickers and would use them to cover other fraternity stickers on their cars.
