With all these rookies and younger players this team should be a much better team by the end of the year than the team that starts the season. If we stay reasonably healthy this team has a ton of upside. Maybe this is our year.

Yeah, I am excited about the season starting, and to see what they can do and how they will improve each week.

I have no gut feeling about game one, but without Martin now, it was kind of like a gut punch. Moore needs to call a great game to counter that. Though I don't think McGovern will be as bad as many think. But it is still a concern.

However, that is game 1. They will improve as each week goes on.

It still will come down to coaching. If we don't have the proper coaching in place then expect no type of development or getting any better. That's what last year should've been about when everyone got hurt....getting young guys ready to contribute this year......

Micah Parsons is the beginning of big changes on the D side - I just wish we had better safeties behind him, this team would be tough with some solid safeties.

Sadly, the Oline is falling apart right before our eyes like it has done the last 3 years a week before the season starts.

Key older guys very rusty too. Tyron, Collins, Dak haven't played in a real game since last September or October?

When was the last time that Kazee played? Hooker?

- I'm very interested to see how Lamb does with a full season of Dak Prescott, as much as how we move around and work these WRs up
in scheme designs and matchups .

- Our biggest next step with our offense will come...vs the more tougher, more competitive defenses instead of the weak sisters on out schedule.
Bucs, Pats, Saints, Washington, Broncos,...

- i don't expect this coaching staff to be as disorganized and bewildered as last year's Nolan staff. ..i 'd like to think there's teaching, disciplined and
motivational level not see vs Nolan.

I'm not completely jaded yet, but I also now take in the pre-season accolades with a pinch of salt. I so want all of these 3rd & 4th rounders to be legit contributors, but I want to see them in actual games before I'm ready to totally buy in.

This season is going to be a marathon that's for sure. Hopefully we get everyone back towards the end and make a run.

Parsons plus Cox gives me hope they fixed the LBs in one off season.

Wrong, rookies and younger players don't just get better by the of the year. It takes proper coaching to make that happen. Seeing how you neglect to make that point justifies why I and many others disregard the things you say. You just don't get it.

....I'm so scared that Parsons is going to be the game changer. This guy is going to make everyone better. ;)..

Coming from you Joe, I’ll take that as a compliment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. lol
