An injury I recieved...

Last week while I was cleaning out my garage, I stumbled backwards over some extension cords and fell backwards onto the fender of my Jeep and fractured my right 9th posterior rib. Hurts like a bastid! I went to the local care, they treated me...hooked me up.

Then I got my bill today from the local care! They gave me a rib belt to wear and they charged me $133.00.


I found one of those on the internet...$26.00.


My ribs still hurt, even now.

Sucks man. Is it the worst when lying down? I cracked a rib once and about 3 days after the injury the pain for doing normal non strenuous things was mostly gone. But it got to where I simply couldn't lay down in a bed, the pain was excrutiating when lying flat. I had to sleep in a recliner for a couple weeks to keep me propped up.
