Hi there folks.

I wanted to share a link to Giants board so that you could read the story of a Giant fan who have been to last week's game.

His game analysis is not the point. His experience solidifies my desire to visit Dallas and watch a game down there. My experience in Philly has been terrible. My experience in Washington was so so. But I now firmed up my decision to visit there next year for the Dallas-Giants game.

Here is the piece I liked the most.

You are classy Dallas fans.

Well, it has taken me 5 days to decompress from that loss in Dallas. I was lucky enough to be there as a birthday present from my family. I think enough has been said about the game to go too deeply into that so I will focus more on the fans, the stadium and close with some thoughts on the game.

First the fans. I have been in Dallas many times and find the people there very cool and welcoming to visitors. The atmosphere outside the stadium was festive and engaging for a visitor. Even with our Giants gear, we were recognized and even sometimes needled but always in a fun and respectful way. When we gave it back to them, they took it like the fun loving fans and usually finished with, well good luck to your team tonight.

Editorially this is in stark contrast to what I have personally witnessed and experienced in Philadelphia where anger abounds inside and outside the stadium and physical safey remains a concern for anyone wearing blue. Festive is not a word I would ever use to describe the pre and post game environment in Philly.

I've been to both Metlife and Cowboys Stadium and I thought the Cowboys Stadium experience was much better. I didn't have high up seats for either game though. Metlife tailgating was a joke the Giants fans seem like they don't know how to tailgate. In that game I wore a Mo jersey and no one said anything to me about it. I mean, come on, I should have gotten **** for it lol. Metlife seemed louder than Cowboys Stadium though so I'll give them that

In general, that was good content for their site.
I like when fans give their take on live game stadium experiences.

I was surprised at how GOOD I was treated by Deadskin fans last year at RFK......guess it was because they won the game and we were all freezing..........;-) Too cold to fight lol

Funny how we if we play a poor game that's as good as we're capable of playing and they just played bad, we played a equally bad game the Giants sucked more on Sunday. But don't take this as proof that we're bad even playing bad we beat you guys, we won't play this bad next time

You should see how they treat opposing team fans in Buffalo..... I've been to a bunch of Giants games. I've never had a problem with the fans and I have dished it out pretty good. Most of the time for good reason.:)

You go to Buffalo games at your own risk. It's an awful lot of fun wearing my Haley jersey to those games.

Exactly. Yes, there is not much good to take away from that game but ultimately, who cares? It is far more important to be playing really good ball after Thanksgiving and the first few games of any season give little insight into how a team is going to be playing at the end of the year. The important thing about this game is the win itself. 1-0, and 1-0 in the division. You can't ask for better than that. I saw Belichick give a fist pump at the end of the Jets game. Was it because his team looked really good? Absolutely not. But he also realizes that the early season is for gettings wins any way you can get them, style points are for later in the season.

This Giants fan sounds bitter to me and jealous of AT&T as well. Even if he honestly doesn't like the videoboard, I bet he would've liked it a lot better if the outcome had been different.

Sorry to nitpick... the Commanders play at FedEx Field... haven't played in RFK for quite some time now.....as far as their fans go, if they win, they're happy... If they are losing, they are the rudest fans in any city except, MAYBE, Philly....even the vendors, police and bus drivers are rude.
