While you have every reason to write off the 2020 Cowboys, I wouldn't write it off just yet. Here's why:
1. The NFC East remains winnable and will probably remain so until the end of the season.
2. Still time for the defense to get their act together. Some missing players get healthy and come back for the 2nd half. Who knows. Maybe just enough improvement to stop hemorrhaging the points we are now.
3. McCarthy. He's not Jason Garrett. He looked way more pissed and determined to fix the problem. Has a much better track record for December football.
4. The Cowboys season is on the line. Backs are against the wall. I fully expect the Cowboys to come out swinging hard and kick the crap out of the Giants next week.
I'd say give it another couple of weeks before writing off the season.
