Giants rattled and confused Romo, Farve and Brady the past three games. They pressured all three and confused them with their blitz packages.

It was interesting how Brady was/is determined to go short when he gets the pressure - where Romo was trying to chunk the ball down the field. Farve was just cold and his joints hurt--so we was just lobbing the ball so he could get off the field and get to the warmers on the sideline. None of them were successful.

Someone posted a couple of weeks ago that Coughlin was one of the best coaches - the person was laughed out of the board. Coughlin and the Giants staff outcoached the last four opponents -- including the genius himself -- by a landslide.

Goes to show you how important a pass rush is to win football games.

We actually played te NYG better than anyone. I believe we clearly outplayed them through 3 quarters. I thought the NYG should have beaten the pack by 14 and they outplayed the Pats tonight consistently throughout the game.

I wonder if you guys feel better about our Oline and Romo after watching this game? The Giants did the same thing to everyone the last month. Manhandled the LOS with their front 7 and pressured opposing QBs to the point of making them ineffective and inaccurate.

Coughlin shouldn't get an ounce of credit for the defense.

I disagree that Romo was rattled. We were up 14-7, and then gave up a TD in 43s. MB had 110+ yards at the half. Then we came out at half time and drove the ball all the way down the field, only to have a TD dropped by Fasano.

We repeatedly gave them short field position because of our special teams play. Our offensive line just stunk in the last five minutes of the 4th quarter.

Maybe at the end Romo got a little rattled due to little help from the offensive line. Romo just needed his receivers to catch the ball.

Who says the 4-3 defense can't win in the NFL anymore? I honestly believe Dallas is better suited to play a 4-3...

Giants - (Shockey + Tiki) = Superbowl.

I dunno if anybody else noticed but that offense seemed more calm once Shockey got hurt. Eli looked more relaxed and confident. Boss may not be as talented as Shockey but, to the team, he seems to be a better fit.

Coughlin is a great coach, regardless of whether or not he had anything to do with the defense....the guy changed his ways and learned that being a hard-*** all the time isn't going to cut it in this day and age. He kept is team focused during these nutty few weeks and managed the game the way it should be done. I think he should get a ton of credit.

I believe this to be true.

I have actually convinced a number of Giants fans that Shockey should be traded.

He might have been rattled. But let's not forget he had us in place to win the game. IF Crayton does not slow up on the route, we win the game and all of these what if's and questiong Romo etc. do not exist. He may have been rattled but not enough that he was not able to get us into a position to win and to loft the ball to a spot where his WR gave up on getting to.

Oh stop it. Show me one post of mine or anyone else that implies that thought.
