His price keeps going up, there is no way Jerry will be able to sign him on the cheap. Anything more than 20m over 4 years is too much IMO unless they give him one of the larger rb guaranteed contracts cash upfront.

The "Bold prediction" in today's Washington Express newspaper for weekend NFL action? Why of course! It's that Murray will NOT get 100 yards on the skins this week. (reason: b/c they haven't given up more than a 100 to any RB since game 1 ... err, other than QB Wilson of the Seahawks who torched them for what, 120 or so? )

I don't think any team is going to pay Adrian Peterson type money to a RB any longer. So even though it may still be a little expensive to resign Murray, I hope we can do that. He is a great all around RB and worth it IMO.

I'm hoping we can earn a playoff spot/division crown soon enough to be able to give Murray a chance to rest the last 1 or 2 games before the playoffs. Then maybe he can avoid the dreaded letdown year afterwords after carrying so much this year.
