Forrest has limited power and Anderson has a great chin. Forrest is more straight foward with his attacks while Anderson is more of a surgeon.

Forrest will need to use his strength advantage (Forrest is one of the stronger 205'ers) to get Anderson down and defend submissions all day. If I were him, I would train with Couture every single day until his fight and work on submission defense constantly.

I know Forrest likes to put on exciting fights and likes to trade with anyone, but his style and his lack of power has him begging to be a highlight reel KO.

I beleive this is why Griffin is Silva's next opponent. Griffin is a tough kid, who loves to put on exciting fights, and won't be laying on his back cause he scared all night. I think they've basically fed Griffin to Silva in order to allow Silva to get one of those exciting highlight finishes against one of the guys that fans love and will give Anderson credit for beating.

I just hope Griffin shows his heart, and toughness, and is able to survive for a couple of rounds of a brawl and make it interesting so that he looks good as well.

I just don't think he's got a lot of shot in this fight because he probably can't KO or Submit Silva so he's going to have a really hard time winning this fight.

Win or lose. Forrest is going to get beat up.
true but if Forrest doesn't take it to the ground he's going to get beat up and lose.

Penn will be defending the Lightweight title against Florian on that same card.

Unfortunately for Griffin I think he's going to struggle no matter where it goes. Anderson is outstanding on his feet and he's pretty darn great, and dangerous, on the ground and on his back.

I think Griffin is going to be in for a long night of being beat up but what I'm hoping he does is take the beating and keeps coming, like he's known to do at times, and shows that heart and fire. Then even when he loses (and yes I think he's going to definately lose) he'll still look good in the eyes of his fans and such cause he showed that warrior toughness.

Forrest is going to get beat up Win or Lose.

This fight just doesn't match up well for Forrest but maybe he'll get lucky and Silva's 1st win @ 205 was a fluke win.

I don't know if Silva can knock him out either considering Rampage caught him a few times and it didn't put him down.

Silva will win but it will be exciting and a barn burner for shizzle.
