The Chiefs were essentially the Philly Eagles of the division, good enough to get to the playoffs but do nothing afterwards. Look Reid is a very good coach, however; we wouldnt be having this conversation with Andy Reid as an "all time great" without Mahomes.

Uh, he won a super bowl in KC. He's going to be in the HOF. He's is better than "very good".

Eagles were too cheap. They did not sign many middle tier FA's to help them out while Reid was there.

All time greats kick the FG there to go up 24-10 at halftime and getting the ball. Instead, they crapped the bed and handed Cincy the momentum. They lost the game on that decision.

Could be an interesting offseason for KC. They are $14M under the cap, but have some guys with huge cap hits. Frank Clark and his $26M cap hit could be gone, Chis Jones has a $29M cap hit next season, Tyreke Hill has a $20M hit. They need to rebuild that defense. They sucked the first half of they year, played much better for 5-6 games, then finished the year much the same way they started.
