So far, the Dallas FO has been highly inclined to allow Big Mike the leeway he needs to build his staff. That's an encouraging sign for a FO that has been inclined to take hold of that responsibility in the past. Hopefully, they'll see fit to work admirably with MM to afford him what he requires.

This is what happens when you bring in an experienced (and (in my mind) proven) head coach as opposed to bring in someone to learn on the job on how to be a head coach however Garrett never learned how to be a head coach...

Those are kind words from Andy Reid and I hope they ring true. But my bigger concern is McCarthy being better than what we've had from Garrett. That shouldn't be a high bar so I don't think I'll be disappointed.
