I don't quite see how that gif disproves pass interference? It starts after the contact is made... if you look at the gif above it, you can see where he is pushing off... or go back a little further and look for it. He hits Sensabaugh in the face and then pushes off... IIRC

Your clips don't show it, but prior to the break, he pushed off. It's the kind of push that typically gets the benefit of the doubt, but I was surprised the announcers didn't even mention it on the replay.

The QB was out of the pocket and in a scramble drill, DBs are allowed to grab and latch on to the WRs. Sensabaugh should've stuck to Celek instead of peeking back at Mcnabb.

Hard to stick when the guy pushes off and then breaks in the direction of the push-off. Celek could have gone either direction at that point depending on what the QB is doing. Pretty hard to fault a safety isolated in coverage as long as it took for that play to develop.

It wasn't that big of deal, which is the point I'm trying to make somewhere else. They call one on Witten that was almost the same.

Refs were horrible for both sides yesterday. Completely terrible.

Celek did push off before the start of the vid supposedly "disproving" it,,,, it wasn't big but it did involve arm extension and was bigger than the one they called Witten for.

Crappy report-card for the over-officious jerks
but they did manage to short McNnabb by about 2 inches on the spot,,,

All kidding aside, Buehler did keep up with him. That's definitely the most impressive speed I've seen from a kicker.

But yeah, the Buehler willed the flag, so no one would actually see a stat that showed that he was outrun.

I want to thank user 'dest' for helping me optimize the filesize of future GIFs. I will be able to get smoother longer gifs at more efficient sizes. This was 11 megs previously now its 2. Its a little faster than reality lol will adjust that.
