I think romo is the only qb in the league that gets grounding calls

I called grounding the sec it happened. It was pretty obvious and Romo should've known better. In the end the difference from the penalty v. sack was minimal so whatever

No doubt it was grounding, but I see other QBs get away with it all the time.

He knew best. It was the correct play. If he didn't throw it, it was a sack anyway and for more than the 5 yard penalty.

Are we really going to complain about a clear, indisputable grounding call? It doesn't matter if we think another QB may have got away with something similar in another game, Romo was guilty of the penalty called on him. There are plenty of real things to complain about without whining over a penalty being correctly called against our team.

Lighten up Francis. No one is complaining about that particular call. Most of us are simply saying it's not called with any consistency, and it clearly isn't.

Good lord you're negative. :laugh2:

And it's apparently legal to knock our WRs out of bounds with the ball still in the air, like on the deep ball to Dez that he caught out of bounds. Ridiculous no-call.

No, we are going to complain about clear, indisputable grounding calls never going against the other team.

Like last week, how did Cutler not get called on several of those passes? It's has to be the most inconsistently called rule in the book.

Me? what about all these guys that whine about everything and see a conspiracy to hold down the Cowboys at every turn? Isn't that negative? I'm pleased as Hell about the game today. I'm not the one that's trying to cloud that with conspiracy theories.

Face it guys, nobody is out to get the Cowboys, and the CIA hasn't planted a microchip into your brain to monitor your thoughts.

that's on Dez for letting himself get directed out of bounds

I see the microchip in your brain is well at work.

Rivers just got away with it. He was in the pocket and threw it out of the endzone and there wasn't a receiver within 20 yds of the ball.

I was just watching that too.

Again, it's the most inconsistently called rule in the book.

Rivers just got away with a clear grounding. The refs even discussed it and let it go.
