I feel like we squandered an opportunity to take a huge lead by beating the Packers a two weeks ago, but this opportunity next week makes it look small. We have an opportunity to put our foot on the Gnats throat next week and give them the knockout blow for the division title. If we can beat them and take a 3 game lead with 4 to play, it will be huge. We need to seize this opportunity and take the pressure off ourselves by winning, allowing us to drop one or two games the rest of the way as long as we beat Philly. Lets do this.

I don't want them to lose but for some reason this team plays better with its back against the wall. The make up of this team is good enough right now to feel "comfortable" Personally I think the next 5 weeks will show exactly what this team is made of.

I think now that we are 8-3 we can start looking at the Packers loss as a positive because it puts a chip on our shoulder going into the Giants game.

The haters have been vulturing around for the last few weeks waiting to attack and next week we can really make a statement.

Even if the Giants are 6-5 we should all know that we are going to get a fight against New York.

This game is personal. This is a game that we need to win so we can have our revenge for 2007.

Expect the refs to be in full force screw job against us too because the league doesn't want to see one of their big market teams be almost officially put out with 4 games left.

Gnats certainly look very beatable right now.

Luckly the Broncos just gave us some wiggle room if we do get screwed by the refs, ala Green Bay.

If we win, the Giants are basically out of it.

I just don't want to get into a situation where we lost to the Giants then turn around and have a tough game against the Chargers just to stay in first, followed by a game in New Orleans, all which could have been avoided by beating the Giants.

Yes, but they are a wounded animal. They have to win to stay alive and the Cowboys can probably lose and be ok. Last time the Boys were in that position they lost to the Packers. Good thing is the Cowboys have some time to get healed up and refreshed. Going to be a hellish 5 games coming up.

Check that. I think you must have meant revenge for them beating us in the first-ever game at Cowboys Stadium this year...payback is a *****, as the Giants are fixin' ta find out.

Hopefully the Cowboys are reminded of how Eli "left his mark" in the locker room at Cowboys Stadium (assuming that story was true; if not, then please kindly ignore this post :) ).

No no no.

Dont put that GB game on the refs. We played terribly. The refs didnt help, but we played terribly.
