At 18 we're wiped out of Oline and DT's worth the pick but Bjoern Werner and DaMontre Moore are still on the board and we trade back with Denver to 28 and also receive pick 58.
Pick
1)RD1 28. Sylvester Williams DT UNC
2)RD2 47. Jonathan Cyprien S FIU Don't ask how I just think he'll be there.
3)RD2 58. Travis Frederick OG/OC Wisconsin
4)RD3 80. Barrett Jones C Alabama
5)RD4 114. Devin Taylor DE South Carolina
6)RD5 151. Joseph Randle RB OK STATE
7)RD6 185. Josh Boyd DT Miss St

Sylvester Williams: Excellent pick if available.

Jonathan Cyprien: Excellent pick if available.

Travis Frederick: It's been repeated here a thousand times, but Callahan is trying to implement a Zone Blocking Scheme. This scheme puts a priority on quickness. Frederick lost weight prior to the combine (338 in college, 312 at the combine) and still had a 10-yard time of 1.85.

I knew he was too slow in college, but thought that he was overweight and could get quicker by losing some weight. It didn't happen. His 10 and 40 times were near the bottom for OLinemen at the combine. Also, with only 33 inch arms, he should have put up more then 21 reps on the bench.

Even without the ZBS issue, the modern pass-happy NFL requires quick OLinemen in pass-protection.

Barrett Jones: I can't complain about Barrett Jones in the 4th round, but now you have two players who's best attribute is their ability to play Center and both are limited athletes.

Joseph Randle: It seems doubtful that he would be available in the 6th round.

Josh Boyd: Good pick here. He definitely has upside as a 3-tech DT. He has excellent quickness in game footage and had an incredible 7.16 time in the 3-cone drill. He does get blown up by double teams and needs to be more agressive.
