This franchise once stood for something. Landry and the FO spent the first 30 years making this franchise what we're hanging on to today.

Jerry and his crew have done everything to keep us in the basement the last 30 years. I never thought I'd see the day that my Cowboys would be the laughing stock of the NFL.

The Cowboys have been a laughing stock for a while now.

This is HIS team, he makes it annoyingly clear that it’s his ball aand he can take it and go home…the most expensive franchise but won’t let it get to full potential all because he wants to control EVERY aspect and doesn’t know how and on a part time schedule… even with ALL of the evidence, he STILL will not cede control to a knowledgeable GM lmbo

Pride and hubris have ruined this once good franchise…so the Jones’ can make their money, they’ll continue winning jack

Not surprised. Schotty was another horrible "comfort" hire by Jerry. Nothing ever changes.

We were able to stop the run tonight forced a few 3 and outs.

Secondary looks horrible still. But still a ton of injuries in secondary. Team doesn't have the personnel to run what CP wants to run.

The Offene though.

People will blame Dak, and he played poorly. I do think that shot to rubs effected him.

The problem though is coaching and play design.

We compress the field. Large % of runs (not that we even try to run) are between the tackles. We dont attack the edges and force defenses to spread out. Its all right in middle of field

We have too much talent on offense to be playing so poorly. I think Shotty has lost this team.

Another wasted year.

They have no speed at RB. They can’t attack the edges or make explosive runs. Williams is just a thumper. The whole offense is designed to be simple for Dak. The offense always runs simple route trees and Dak rarely throws timing routes. Dak wants to see a guy open before he throws and by that time it’s too late. He doesn’t trust his arm to throw into tight windows with WRs running across the middle. Any kind of slightly sticky coverage and Dak can’t beat it. He has never been a complete QB. Hes an embarrassment!

Went to bed after the first qtr. it doesn't take long to see when this team gas no chance.

All you needed to see was the first two drives and you knew the offense was going to sputter all night. As usual the other team takes its foot off Daks neck and lets him have a TD at the end of the game. Real score was 23 to 7

Dak is showing signs of age and wear and tear. He is looking beat up out there. A solid run game would do wonders for him. Let's not act like Aikman was the best version of himself without a run game. Do you remember the Clay Shiver era? Do you remember the Super Bowl year that started 0-2? Do you remember what it looked like after Irvin had to retire 4 games into the season? Dak has not been great for sure. But neither has the play calling, pass pro, run blocking, penalties, drops, slips...it's bigger than Dak.

The Rams are 2-4 . So are the Eagles Colts Saints Cardinals Texans . The NFCE way too mediocre to throw in the towel . Next week the Giants go to Houston I expect them to lose so Mon night you’re at Philly . If you come out of that game with a W your Half game out of first .

The team around Dak is good. It's just limited with what Dak is capable of.
He is definitely not the only problem, but he is the main problem.
If akman was quarterback, we would not be running this ridiculous offense.

Oh my gosh. That's all I got is....oh my gosh. This coaching is good? This oline is good? This run game is good? The penalties are good? The drops and slips are good? The clock management is good? The 3rd down defense is good? I could go on, but I'm not sure what team you are watching through 6 games!

Scotty's play calling is horrible. Every yard is a battle. They can't execute a screen play. They can't run the ball. Dak has issues processing the progression reads. Bring the blitz Shotty says. I have zero emotion watching them play now.

On the one hand you’re right on the other hand they play in a lousy division for the taking .
Even as banged up as Philly is they should be favored over Dallas next MNF . I understand the mediocrity involved .

I’m not throwing in the towel the Rams everyone’s darlings to make a SB run are 2-4 . The next three games are Philly & Colts on the road sandwiched in between the Cardinals at home . If some health returns to a few players like Durant in the secondary 5-4 would not shock me .

Very good point. Jerry has lost the team. Jerry loses the team is far more impactful than Schotty. I just pray Jerry can have eyes to see that he lost the team.
