what if T.O. Owens had caught all those perfect passes from Romo? What would his stats be? How many extra yards, not taking into effect the yards after catch (because there is no way of knowing)? How many extra TD's?

IMHO, we gave him the keys to the record books, and he blew it. He doesn't even deserve to wear the :star: on his helment.

Anyway, was wondering if anyone researched the "What If" numbers

he would still be far from any records. 17 more catches and 4 or 5 more td's. no records there

What's the TD record for a Cowboys receiver?

(Frank Clark??) 14, and I'm pretty sure 11 was second until this season.

He still could despite dropping so many TDs.
well if we got what we thought we would get, when signing T.O. he would've broke it already

This whole TO thing has become quite hilarious, ... do you realize that you are finding fault with a player because he didn't break a 46 yr old franchise record.

Not that the record is 46 yrs old, just the franchise.

Doing so reveals your actual intentions and renders your opinion as just what it is.

If T.O. does break the Cowboy TD record...they better stop the damn game, throw a freaking parade right there on the field, give him a Gold watch and a 5 mil dollar raise, and have President Bush announce it on CNN...otherwise we won't hear the end of it from his loud mouth!

Why does any one even waste threads on the useless pile of excrement?

TO is a waste of the earths precious oxygen and a cancer to the team. We all knew that long before he was signed. Then he catches a few touchdowns and all is well? No, he is still a cancer and a loud mouth!
It has already evolved to where it is not whether we won or lost but what TO has said and done. He is saying give him the ball more???
Give him the BOOT! And if he wants the ball more he should try catching the ones thrown to him.
The game of football is NOT about pleasing TO it is about winning and when you have a cancer like TO it is difficult to do. That will not change until the cancer is gone. Curly
