That's got to be a Ruffles Potato Chip. Wavy Lays are indeed mutant ridge chips and the ridges are spaced further apart. The Pringles with ridges aren't thick enough to match the profile on this tat.

Besides, if you get ink you gotta go with the original, no knock off, wannabe brands. That'd be like getting a BTB tat when only CZ would do.
