Anthony Brown

I didn't hear his name called all game. And that's a good thing. But believe me Hoyer is no Brady.. a good QB would of tested the rookie.

If Jaylon Smith's nerve ever fires this will go down as easily JJ's best draft ever.

Think it's there anyhow.

Nah, 1991 Draft. (we had a ton of picks)

1-1 Russell Maryland, DT
1-12 Alvin Harper, WR
2-37 Dixon Edwards, LB
3-62 Godfrey Myles, LB
3-70 Erik Williams, OT
7-170 Leon Lett, DE
12-320 Larry Brown, CB (1996 Super Bowl MVP)

If Dak, Zeke, and Jaylon Smith become great or pro bowlers, then it could sway to that draft.

I saw him give up a few plays in the second half. Maybe it was scheming, but it was the Bears and I was not happy how we let them go down the field on us. Not happy with really anyone on this defense, even Mo ticked me off a bit.

- Sean Lee looks slow as hell, allowed Jeffrey to get a first down on a missed tackle
- Mo not locating the ball again White, also missing a tackle against Jeffrey with Lee right next to him
- Carr getting beat by a damn RB due to giving him a 25 yard cushion
- D-Line might as well not even exist. I'd be a D-lineman for the Cowboys for half the price, they'd get the same production

The only player I have seen making plays consistently is McClain with Irving pushing the pocket when he gets his limited reps. Mo seems to struggle against bigger WRs, not surprised, but he has played well for the most part.

Hoyer seemed obsessed with attacking Mo in single coverage. It's almost like they watched pre-2015 game footage of Claiborne.

It definitely helped that it was the Bears he was going against but I'm excited about this guy. He's got some speed and it has to be good if we didn't hear his name last night. Good draft pick

Hmmm...If Smith becomes what JJ thinks he will become and if Dak and Zeke stay on their current trajectory, could we be seeing another 1964 draft (Staubach, Renfro, and Hayes...all HOFers)? One can hope.

Wow. Who peed in your coffee? You know the secondary has to cover for ten seconds every snap right?

I thought Claiborne was the best player on defense.

I agree Sean Lee doesn't look like same player this year. That usually means he is covering up an injury.

He doesn't have any help at linebacker. I didn't hear any other linebacker's name other than Lee's last night. He seriously needs help for his own longevity.

I said this during preseason. If his nerve fires and Tapper is a real person we might have hit on 6 picks.
