Nice card. It appears to have some type of trademark there is an R with a circle around it.

That looks like a promotional- type of card.

Wonder Bread used to have cards of local teams in their packaging.
Buy a loaf, get a few cards. Also, the local police departments would
hand out cards of the home teams.
