That play to Boldin was on Davis actually. A competent FS and that's an int or at least an incompletion. If corners don't react to the first move, sitting back waiting for the "double move", they don't last long in the NFL.

Theres no pt. on saying Henry cant go up against Wayne etc..etc. I mean think about it...wuts are chances? its INDY , its PEYTON. Teams usually struggle b/c of how good they are. we just need to perform good in the running game and score More pts!

Unless our coaches are as stupid as Henry is vulnerable to a WR like Wayne, he won't be in man coverage...I'd play man to man with Newman on his side no matter who the receiver is, and I'd roll the coverage towards Henry's side, allowing him to play the underneath routes with help deep...but that means Roy will have to step up and prove he can cover the TE, Clark, in man to man.

Indy will put up plenty of points...no doubting that no matter how good we think our defense is...Manning will read the defense and find the open man...period. It's our job to keep the ball with a controlled offense that eats up the clock between running the ball and short passes.

We will be a 7 point underdog at home for starters, imo.

Man, you would have thought that Boldin and Fitz had career days with the way people are bagging on Henry.

I got news for you guys, he is playing just fine. 6 for 80 against one of the best wrs in the league is hardly a liability.

We need a better pass rush is all.

How about putting Newman on Wayne, and double Harrison with Henry and the Free Safety. It might sound crazy, but you will have to double Harrison any ways he too good. I do think Newman can take Wayne in man on man coverage. Now you can double Harrison, and better have some zone blitzes.

Henry's played better this season than he did last year.


He may look like he's being "abused" but that's the price a corner pays when he plays opposite the best player in the NFL. Compared to the statistics of other corners in the NFL, Henry's above average and he's picked on much more than any "marquee" corner because no one else has Newman shutting down the other half of the field.

Yea, I'm not particularly upset with his play. He gets beat on those slants though which is tough. I didnt notice anything that he did bad today. And he is as good of a tackler as I have ever noticed at corner. Id say the one long catch he gave up was as much on Keith Davis as on him.

I'll take Henry as a #2 corner all day.

i say we use henry 2 n watkins to double harrison....and use a LB to F-UP reggie wayne on the line...with newman over him
