Larry Brown was on a local radio station down here in the Valley and said that Anthony Henry would be out for three weeks. Has anyone else heard anything like this? Hope it's not true!!!

No one really knows. It's a very light sprain. He said he wanted to go back out and play on it during the St. Louis game. I doubt he'll be out more than 2 games (probably just the Bills game).

He sounded quite sure about his information. Apparently he talks to current players. I hope he's wrong or got bad info....

I'll go with info WP provided, which is, if it's mild, then in 2 weeks if not, then 4 weeks.

Wade said in the presser that it could be as little as one week...but I don't think anything has been decided as of yet.

Don't be suprised if he played against Buffalo but I don't think we need him for Buffalo...

Would should be able to endure Henry's loss against the Bills.
Against the Pats however he would really be missed.

Buffalo worries me a bit b/c their new QB seems to have inspired that team.

However-if he's not ready for BUF, sit him. NE is a non-NFC game, so if he's not ready, and if we lose, so be it. The Vikes don't scare me-we're at home, and that team, despite the presence of Adrian Pederson, has no passing game and a bad secondary.

The bye weeks is three weeks away and I'd have no issue with him sitting for the next three games assuming Newman holds up. If he's ready to go against NE great, if not then sit him through the bye....Dallas will beat Minnesota w/out him.

I can make the argument the buffalo game is more important to our season than the new england win, So I am worried because he is not playing this week.

And what I mean by that is it is not a conference game and I am pretty confident the other three nfc east teams are going to lose to new england so it will be a wash. and again since it is not a conference game it shouldnt have much effect on our season.

Losing to buffalo on the other hand, that could be a big time problem because I am confident in the other three nfc east teams ability to beat buffalo and that would be a negative for us.

So I am bummed he is going to miss the buffalo game.

I happen to agree with your logic......I'll be much more nervious on Monday night than vs NE.......beating the Pats would be great, but its just a "gravy" game. We need wins vs Buffalo and the Vikes before the bye and all will be well...

Since we know Henry won't play next week, hopefully there will be some new news about his injury. Until sometime passes, everything is just speculation.

When Julius got his high ankle sprain, he had to wear a protective boot for awhile. I didn't see it with Henry.

Hopefully, he'll be OK after the Buf game.

If he sits 2 weeks, I hope he sits against Minnesota, so after the bye, he gets 4 weeks off.
