i know he doesn’t have a lot of fans here, but I’m really impressed with him. He plays with a Marion Barber level of intensity and attack’s the ball with purpose. He’s always trying to destroy who’s in front of him and I always see him trying to rip the ball out. The LB corps still can’t seem to keep it together when Lee is out, but when they’re all in there I really like what Hitch brings to the ts me and think he’s overlooked and maligned just for not being a pro bowler. You absolutely need guys like him

I don't know why, but I think he looks much faster this year. Maybe it's just because he is playing with Jaylon now.....

He looked ANGRY early on. The first three series or so our defense was knocking the snot out of them. They looked as if they were physically intimidating Atlanta. Then Lee went out and we looked lost.

Hitchens isn't a phenomenal athlete, but he is a solid player. You can win with guys like him who can spot start and hold their own and be quality backups if you have better guys in front of them. Plus he is cheap labor.

We could use about 30 guys just like him at various positions. If you could do that, a SB would be within striking distance.

I know this sounds crazy but keep Smith out and slide Woods down as the will. I know he doesn't have the physical measurables a LB should have, but the LBers who have the measurables don't have the courage to get in and make tackles. I think Woods has more grit. Just my opinion.
