California is a two-party consent state so it’s illegal to record a conversation without the consent of all parties. Have a hard time believing the lawyers for whoever produced this video would allow the recording to be used without Gruden’s consent.

So AB apologized to the team, nowhere is it said he apologized to Mayock. I'm betting there was no apology directly to Mayock, at least not a sincere one. Then AB posts this video of the conversation with Gruden, Gruden basically slurping it all in. To me this is all on Gruden now. If they don't cut AB they're insane. AB's not going to let this go and it's going to get worse. I'm no big fan of Mayock but I think he's getting screwed here. Gruden is running the circus and an inmate is loose & dangerous.
