Coward may or may not be the right term to label Pierce. I do agree, however, that he loves to run his mouth when as you said "things are going his way". I prefer to think of him as a front running a**hole.

Pierce has sucked since the whole Plaxico incident occurred. He has missed tackles, blown coverages and just really done nothing since that time. I understand. That kind of off the field issues is quite a distraction and presents mental and emotional stress. Hard to concentrate on football when something like that happens and you don't know if you are going to end up in jail.

I agree that coward is probably not the right word, but he should have been at the press conference. No player likes to be in front of the media after a loss, but most still do it. It is part of being in the NFL.

I'm glad the Giants lost...don't like either Pierce or Jacobs. I'm jumping on the Cardinals bandwagon now. I really think they will beat Philly after the emotional effort Philly had to expend beating NY, game is in the desert etc.

I don't think there is any way the Cards beat the Steelers or Ravens especially with 2 weeks between games, but I will hope!

Right off the top of my head, the only players in the NFL higher would be Jacobs, Merriman, and maybe Brady. Maybe even Eli too. But at least Eli doesnt talk as much hollow crap.

Only player that comes close in basketball would be Ginobli.

He just acts like a complete bad ***, when he's not. And like other posters are said, when things are good, he acts like he's a spokesperson. Then disappears when they lose.

I hate the eagles, but im glad these punks are gone. We down here in miami have to listen to Sid Rosenberg on the airwaves everyday and his New york drivel.
