Thats too sweeping of a generalization. It certainly wasn't true of Davis when he was brought in a couple of years ago. If there is someone out there we like and requires cash to get over then we would be foolish to ignore it.

I haven't really followed Rolle too much since I rarely see Arizona play. It would be nice to have a FS who has some CB type skills. Rolle has the size, hands and speed for the position but not sure about the safety instincts.

You have to understand, Hostile has a way of thinking about things and he will rarely stray from that. He doesnt trust or like kickers. He hates flash (even if there is substance behind it) and he loves a blue collar guy. Thats pretty much not going to change.

not sure if this is the same thread i commented on earlier but if not bring him on. sensabaugh and hamlin are OK not bad not good. They wont lose you too many games but they wont win you an amount equal too with solid play. Rolle is a beast.

Some may, others actually may be a missing piece.

A ballhawk safety is a missing piece, whether we acquire it via FA or draft.

That being said, I havent seen enough of Rolle in Arizona to know if he's a ballhawk or not. From what I've seen, he's a def. upgrade from Hamlin though.

Hamlin...not so much.

Definite upgrade.

He plays safety and is a pretty good one at that. Rolle makes plays on the ball.

This means Ken Hamlin would be gone.
