I really like Antwuan Woods and hope we get him resigned before his price explodes, he's made David Irving expendable and significantly improved our D-line.
He's not even as good as he's going to get either at 26 years old.

But Cowboys owner Jerry Jones (and Bill Parcells) convinced Sean Payton to remain in Dallas in 2004 instead of going to the Raiders as a head coach. Deciding Oakland wasn’t the right fit, Payton finally left the Cowboys in 2006 for the Saints job.

On Payton, that's what I feel about Richard. He should wait until a prime situation opens up. Don't rush for the first hell hole to make an offer.

But Marinelli's comment here is interesting. Seems like a hint.
