Any Info on the Practices for the All Star Games This Saturday?

I've seen posts about each game and their rosters, but does anyone have info, links or anything on the practices. I'd like to know who's moving up and who might be slipping. It seems that every year there r a couple of guys who dramatically improve or harm their draft status through their performance at practice during the games. I'm pretty sure not many of us had heard of Demarcus Ware until he showed up at the Senior Bowl playin like a beast.

I can't go in depth because I get it from a pay site, but I've heard good things about Paul Pinegar, Todd Watkins, Eric Golston, Dewayne Slay, Chris Gocong and Justin Wyatt.

Heard not-so good things about Reggie McNeal, Jonathon Orr, DonTrell Moore and Joe Toledo.

Watkins is a kid from BYU that was really really good IMO. Big pass happy WAC...he was a game changer for the Cougers. If we landed him the 3rd or so...he'd be a solid add to our aging corpse...hehe.

6'3/4.4 or below forty....needs to add a little muscle, but I was impressed when he gets the ball in the open field...for a tall guy he has some moves and I would think has a good YAC percent....
