I'm wondering if there are any lawyers who are willing to write me a Cowboys related legal letter (pro bono
).
The story is that it looks like I am going to be in Germany long term, and therefore I decided to sell my season ticket PSLs on the Marketplace offered by the cowboys through a third party out of Houston.
I received an offer, accepted the offer and heard nothing for about a week. When I contacted the Marketplace they told me they would contact the buyer to find out what the holdup was. Next email I got was them saying that they unilaterally cancelled the transaction because the buyer didn't respond.
Surely it can't be legal to make offers that are accepted and then just not respond. That's a legal contract. Problem is, i don't have the buyers details since it was through the marketplace. To me it looks like they indemnified themselves in the user agreement, but I was to compel them to give me the buyer information so I can force the contract we agreed to.
PM me if anyone can help, please!
