Chad Jackson just ruined everyone's draft board. He just ran an unofficial 4.29 40, which will EASILY move him past Santonio Holmes as the top receiver. Given that he was the most impressive player at that Skills Challenge thing as well, I'd consider him a top 20 lock at the present time. 4.29 is an unbelievable time; Troy Williamson ran 4.38 last year and it vaulted him from a late first round pick to a mid-first round pick (then the Vikings went and reached for him at 7).
Whether or not you believe the 40 yard dash is a good indicator of how good a receiver will be (I tend to believe it's not), there's no denying that it affects a player's draft stock, and right now Chad Jackson's is through the roof.
EDIT: Jackson's official time is now being reported as 4.32, which is still incredible.
