Any love for Chris Jones?

As our punter, Chris Jones has been about as steady as anyone could expect.

He might not be one who booms the longest punts but consistency is valuable.

You can't hate on a guy for hustling.

But you can for not using his head, he did not need to dive on it. just touch it down.

The weird part is, I have no earthly idea why punting doesn't translate from college to the pros. His first few years, no one liked him because we all like McBriar better, but he's more than solid

McBriar had a big leg and could boom it. Some think that's what makes a great punter but few have that kind of leg and the most important thing is quality of the punt. Which is more about controlling the return

I found it funny that Joe Buck called out shank when Jones hit the coffin corner.

Since he was brought up, I just want to say Joe Buck is the worst play by play in football (and baseball for that matter).

He's not a bad talk show host, though.
