Any love for this guy??

Made a great Int. in the endzone to save a TD or at minimum a FG early on in the game and seemed pretty good all night in coverage

And of course came down and made some sure tackles that Church was getting destroyed on

I thought he had a good game and has been getting better as the season has progressed. Church on the other hand, seems to have gotten worse unfortunately.

I remember that Eagles game in Philly last year. Church was a total stud. Made a ton of one on one, open field tackles, even against McCoy.

What happened to that Church?

I noticed Church was off also. Seemed a tad slow and displayed poor tackling several obvious times. But Wilcox played well, so I guess its status quo for our defense.

wilcox is still learning but as he learns the game will slow down for him. given time to develope i think he can be a solid player for us.he had so little experience that he had lots to learn about the position

I think he Responded well to the Rivalry....He is a passionate player and i like that about him...church on the other hand looked like he was going 99%...like everyone was trying just a little harder then him

I think Wilcox is going the be a Pro Bowl level safety next year. He's made huge strides from his first to second year and has been steadily improving throughout the year.

He is a high upside guy with a strong work ethic and good football IQ and while he has lapses he understands the safety position much more now then he did last year.

What I really like about Wilcox is I think he will give us alot of flexibility in looking for another. He has the skill to develope into a very good sideline to sideline safety and he can also be an effective box safety as well

From a 3rd pick if we can get a solid Pro bowl level out of him i feel that its a home run hit...

Coming into this season I had completely written him off but he's defiantly been having me biting my lip

I was on him earlier because he was doing stupid things but he is getting better as the season progresses.

I still think most of his problems has been not recognizing the plays quicker. More film studies should help with that.

I don't love anyone on the Cowboys after Monday night. Give me a week.

One of the few who played well in the game.

Agree on all counts. He certainly showed a nice vertical, and hands on that Int. Seem to recall he has some speed, so would like to see him get a clean pick, and display it.

The problem in the last game to many bad tackling techniques happened to the players at the saem time.

Surprised that Church and McClain were among them. They seemed to be looking for knockdowns, rather than wrap-ups.

He was nothing special. Good job on the pick, as much of a poor decision as it was by Colt. Otherwise he made the plays he was supposed to make while still not showing very good technique or anticipation.

He could still be what some of you keep trying to make him, I don't think he'll ever be anything better than an average starter though.

I'm not sure, but he has looked off to me the last couple of games. He has been one of the team's best tacklers, and it's weird to see him not make plays that he normally makes. Maybe he's slightly injured or something? I highly doubt he all of a sudden just forgot how to tackle.
