How good is Gardner? Without the injury going into the draft, what type of prospect is he? 3rd, 4th Rd maybe? Or is he legitimately a 7th round prospect and a long shot at best?

I just hope he is good enough to escape the legend of Ben Bass.

He's got to be. Ben "Largemouth" Bass was to be the next Jason Hatcher before his career was fatefully derailed by ill-timed injuries. Gardner just needs to see rotation time in the lineup.

Probably third round ability with some upside without the injury. There were some people who actually thought he was better than the other Stanford kid that got selected pretty high (his name eludes me I'm sorry).

And...we have a winner!

From the movie Jaws. Ben Gardner was the guy who's head popped out from underneath his boat and scared the hell outta everybody when Richard Dryfuss found the large tooth. BTW - that scene was shot in a swimming pool in Van Nuys. Spielberg poured milk into the pool to give it an eerie feeling. Pure genius.

Well done, sir!

That's probably a top 5 movie for me. My dad let me watch it when I was probably about 10.
