Any of the Dallas locals who listen to the radio, have you guys heard any news about possible FA signings or rumors etc...? LM has been awesome with his talking cowboys stuff I was hoping for more info like that.

Apparently our FA meetings over the winter concluded with two objectives. Get Terrell McClain and Jeremy Mincey signed.

Now we're just Furley sniffing our way to the draft.

Cowboys are in a holding pattern waiting for Jason Hatcher's nationwide free agency tour to conclude. Henry Melton still in play.


Looks like we are waiting for Hatcher and Spencer to finish their visits, test the market and see if we can pick them up cheap. I guess Melton is a Hatcher backup plan? He's on visits as well.

That sounds about right, I have to admit I'm impressed with the front office this off-season by not overpaying guys to keep them or overreacting like Jerry and Co. has done in the past. As recently as last season franchising Spencer.

I hope it works out and we can nab one or two of those guys. If they did, they would deserve some credit.

At this point I want no One on Defense that isn't going to be humble & looks at Sean Lee as the Leader of our D. Regardless if he's been hurt or not, it's time to make this Defense His. Only way Hatch or Spencer come back is if they both are humbled & Hungry.

Draft some young nastiness to go in front Lee of him & behind him. Blood spitting D-lineman & a bone Crushing Saftey.

Stephen Jones talked about Hatcher's deal and pretty much said exactly that.

The only problem with that approach is that you get NFC East teams like the Commanders sniffing around guys in order to drive the prices up on us
