Our 3-4 was not the reason we lost this season. We just need a bigger DT, another ILB, and another edge rusher, and this defense will completely dominate.

If I were Jerry, I would seek advice from that Detroit Pistons' owner.

Larry Brown tried to keep that franchise hanging, but that owner was smart enough to put out the fire EARLY-which is why he nabbed Flip Saunders just in time-and look where they are now.

Wouldn't surprise me if Bill P tries to leave everyone hanging by "postponing" his decision for a month or so-by then, all the good candidates could be gone.

Why would you hire a 4-3 coach, when you have young 3-4 parts. If these 3-4 parts were old, then we could just move them.

Our ends our big run stuffing ends, not pass-rushing ends. Glover is perfect for the 4-3, but Ferguson can play both. Ware can't be an OLB on a 4-3, does not have the agility to stay with TE's and backs, but he could play the 3-4 and get after the QB.

So no, BP would not hire a 4-3 Coach.
