Any silver lining?

To be honest, the only silver lining on the result of yesterday´s game, is that I hope and believe that this will make us want more than ever to prepare and practice with much more attention to detail, to reduce penalties (which I think were killers yesterday).

In an awkward sense, I am thankful of the absence of class related with the last score by the pats, because I am possitive that if we get to see the Pats and Belicheck later, this will not go overseen.

- Commanders lost to stay 1.5 games back.
- All other NFC East teams still have to play New England.

I have something. I said the Cowboys need to run more draws, screens, and swing passes. I saw them run a draw and it worked out pretty well. These plays can probably Julius Jones' most productive plays and they at least ran one of them.

Yes ..... but you will have to wait a few days for the overreacting babies to clear out of the forum.

We were winning the game in the 3rd quarter
We sacked Brady 3 times
They could not stop our offense except when we shot ourselves in the foot.

We played without out our starting Corner,Receiver, and Nose tackle.

This team is young and will only get better.

Nick Folk continues to make his FGs.

I only bring this up because I noticed the other top K, Mason Crosby of the Pack, missed at least two yesterday.

I would like to see Folk improve on his kickoffs but all in all I can not complain. I would say he has easily played beyond my expectations.

good silver bit there, bp.

and we're 5-1 and for awhile, played with the top team in the NFL. we got to see what we need to do to keep this train moving. we're not gonna win all games we knew that but before the season started who'd be UNHAPPY at 5-1?

There were some positives in the game in my opinion.

- The offensive line played well
- Romo bounced back and played well
- Ellis is working himself back into the flow
- The front 7 got pressure most of the game
- Run defense was excellent most of the game
- Folk is becoming money

The team showed heart and resiliency again.Romo showed yet again he can overcome himself. We got to Brady and some of that credit actuall belongs to the secondary. Granted there is plenty of room for improvement but they DID make some plays.I firmly believe this loss will do more for this team then a win would have.We stayed right with them and if a couple things had gone differently....

I thought we moved it on them pretty effectively. I would like to have that 4th and one back, and see where we were. They weren't stopping us at that point. Thought JJ had some nice runs in the 2nd half, but MBIII has got to start.
