Any word on that calf?

He'll never be confused with Emmitt Smith, Jack Youngblood, Ronnie "cut my finger off" Lott, etc.

For an OL the most important thing is legs and movement then hands and arms if Flo can't get his spot effectively then he should not have been in there, though I can't imagine him with a bad calf doing worse then what replaced him.

Could you imagine Emmitt sitting on the bench in a playoff game with a "strained calf"???

Blah blah blah. Emmitt was lucky to never had serious leg injuries. He played through a separated shoulder which gave him his rep for playing through injury but you put either he or Lott on a bum wheel and its not remotely the same thing.

Flo has missed a total of 12 games ever playing for us. 10 of those were when he tore his ACL. The man has shown his toughness for anyone who has paid attention.

He fought through horrific leg, arm and hand injuries last year. He played poorly but he was out there. If he was pulled for this then it would stand to reason that he was hurt more than that.

Free played well anyway. It was Columbo who stank up the joint
