Any word on how’s he doing so far in camp?
I saw the McCarthy PC he vaguely referenced him as looking "good". He was saying that of everyone pretty much though.Any word on how’s he doing so far in camp?
Only because Tyler is one person and thus can't fulfil the need for the ball to be snapped all over the field when the team separates into group drills all over the field. The center job is Tyler's. Conner Williams nor anyone else is competing for that job with Tyler.Conner Williams has been taking snaps at center.
Is round a "player shape"?Joe Looney is still out there as a plan B; assuming he's been keeping himself in playing shape.
Biadasz did not look so good last year. He graded worse than Looney. There definitely is a reason why Connor Williams is being practiced at Center. We all know why.
If Biadasz keeps struggling this year, there definitely will be a switch. I personally would rather go sign Looney right now since he has the experience and can play above average at Center, compared to relying on a totally inexperienced Connor Williams at Center.
Cowboys had best be careful. The Center position is the most important position on the Oline. The Center is the general of the Oline and is the one responsible for calling alignment block assignments before every play and leading the Oline both in the run and passing game. The Oline goes according to how your Center goes.
He was a rookie offensive lineman. They always need that extra year in an NFL weight/conditioning program. They are practicing Williams at center because they don't have a backup center on the roster and they need to have one.Biadasz did not look so good last year. He graded worse than Looney. of course you leave out the fact that he had no real training camp last year; no real offseason.Biadasz did not look so good last year. He graded worse than Looney. There definitely is a reason why Connor Williams is being practiced at Center. We all know why.

Maybe. I have a feeling it may come down to who is the better player in camp, Biadasz or McGovern. Then CW takes the other spot.Biadasz was getting better with every game. I am sure they are just giving Williams time at center because "who is the backup?"...

Yeah, that’s exactly why. If Biadasz gets injured, they want to be able to bring Williams to center and put McGovern (probably) at LG.He was a rookie offensive lineman. Biadasz is a Remington award winner and the poor kid got slotted in after injuries destroyed our line lol. What did you expect? Frederick?Biadasz did not look so good last year.
