I saw the McCarthy PC he vaguely referenced him as looking "good". He was saying that of everyone pretty much though.

I'm still on the fence with him. He should turn out to be better than just OK, but there's just that nagging question mark.

Biadasz did not look so good last year. He graded worse than Looney. There definitely is a reason why Connor Williams is being practiced at Center. We all know why.

If Biadasz keeps struggling this year, there definitely will be a switch. I personally would rather go sign Looney right now since he has the experience and can play above average at Center, compared to relying on a totally inexperienced Connor Williams at Center.

Only because Tyler is one person and thus can't fulfil the need for the ball to be snapped all over the field when the team separates into group drills all over the field. The center job is Tyler's. Conner Williams nor anyone else is competing for that job with Tyler.

Tyler was one of the best centers in college, he is going to be great as long as injuries don't slow him down. As far as how he is doing without pads, not sure many can speculate much on that yet.

of course you leave out the fact that he had no real training camp last year; no real offseason.

I suspect it's tough for interior OL to really show much one way or the other in these drills. We probably won't know much about Biadasz until the pads come on and he gets real, live action.

Yeah, that’s exactly why. If Biadasz gets injured, they want to be able to bring Williams to center and put McGovern (probably) at LG.

They also practiced Williams at center last year during camp as well. That is no reflection on Biadasz, who they like very much at C.

Nothing wrong with competition. It would be great if Biadasz was continuing to improve though.
