I recently got into the hobby and am really enjoying it. The past 10 years or so I've worked a professional job but before that I grew up in a sheet metal shop. So being able to work with my hands again is very enjoyable.
I'm looking to get a 14" band saw for my garage/workshop. My budget is roughly $500 so I've been looking at Grizzly and Craftsman primarily. Does anyone have a band saw recommendation in this price range? I'm thinking new but wouldn't be totally opposed to a good used saw.
