I think Phillips stated as much as a half or more the other day. Now some might disappear sooner than that, especially Romo. We already know our four major injuries won't play, so their replacements will play quite a bit. I expect we will see a good bit of Hamlin, Holland, Hatcher and Brewster. This is the dress rehearsal, so it makes sense.

I feel pretty sure it will be 2 1/2 to 3 qrts. Dallas does not have to game plan they do how ever need to start executing and looking sharper than they have. Ever team out there has a mile of film on you so this idea don't give anything away like what?

Head coach Wade Phillips said that Romo and the rest of the starters may see playing time during the third quarter versus the Texans, but it depends on how well they are playing and what they are doing.

"As to the number of plays on any player, especially our starters, it's really how they are playing and how we feel like they are practicing and playing and then where we think they are as far as being ready for the season," Phillips said. "So, it's different for with each player."

Both coach and player want to see lack of mistakes in the game and realize this is the time to come together.

"We are looking forward to this ballgame," Phillips said. "As a team this is important for us to meld our team together in this ballgame and see how we play."

"I just want to see no mistakes," Romo said. "If we don't score a touchdown or don't get a first down - those are results-orientated and that matters most in the regular season.

"In the preseason you want to make sure everyone is doing things the right way versus the right looks. You are trying to evaluate players; that's the basis of the preseason. For us it's about getting into an efficient rhythm that makes you feel very good whenever you step on the field. We've done that at different stages. We just have to go out there and do that this week at a high level."

I might agree slightly that you don't want a team to have your gameplan if you can help it, but on the whole I disagree.

I look at it this way, bottom line is our guys have to execute the plays called and JG has to call a decent game, but the most important thing is executing the plays he calls.

As long as our players can do that, minimize penalties and not be out matched physically than I see no reason why we'd lose regardless if they knew what was coming. It's like the Eagles last year, we may of varied our game plan a bit but ultimately they couldn't stop us. I'd rather just beat them head on rather than play "hide the play".
