As loved his story telling songs and loved "Cats in the Cradle and Taxi" there. Too bad he died in 1981 of a car wreck. As really wished he was still alive.
He also fought hunger and half of his concerts with his band or with just himself in concert were benefits and for charity
Very inspirational for "We Are the World and Live Aid, Band Aid, Farm Aid, Hands Across America!" If you are a kid of the 1980's like I am!

Like what i heard of him was as you mentioned were only Taxi and Cats in the Cradle, quite the humanitarian who passed away tragically young.
