Unfortunately, there are a couple other teams just as bad so it will be a dogfight (pardon the pun, Michael Vick) for the cellar. But I would be surprised to see Cleveland win 3 games. Top 3 pick for sure I would say.

Buffalo started out bad then got real hot to end the season in 2004.

Anything's possible. Let's not count on anything yet.... especially before Quinn comes in, because you KNOW he'll be in before the season is over. Probably before it's halfway over.

He's too much of a wildcard to be able to say for sure that they won't be better with him.
