on the replay they had a great shot from the front of Bailey's reaction, he was like "What The ????"

this is the Cowboys' special teams we're talking about, so yes, that is a definite possibility.

I know it is a special teams play, but how many times have you seen a kick get blocked and the team just stands around?

Usually if a kick is blocked, all hell breaks loose on both sides of the ball.
