Anybody know a good slow motion video player?

I've tried to use WMP but it is pretty choppy.
I'm trying to slow my golf swing down and break it down.
I know of some golf specific programs but don't want to pay for that just yet, looking for some freeware.

You gotta click the << button right above the "play/pause" button. You can click it more than once to slow down the vid even more.
