Anybody see the NFLN show with Mooch, Gabbert, and Ponder?

[Chocolate Lab]

I haven't watched NFLN much lately, so maybe it's been re-aired a million times... But I just saw it last night.

Pretty good, I thought. I didn't see all of it, but the part where Mooch was coaching them on their dropbacks from under center was pretty interesting.

Am I right that there have been a few rumors of some teams not loving Gabbert's attitude? I can see why. He maybe had a touch of too cool for school about him. Ponder, who I knew next to nothing about (not even that he was from Colleyville) was pretty impressive IMO. He seemed pretty athletic and seemed very attentive and coachable.

Granted, this is just a TV show, so I wouldn't judge them too much off just that. But I enjoyed it and thought it was worth talking about.

Didn't see it but I hope he hasn't turned off any teams in the top 8.

Ha, no, it's not like he was a total jerk or a wannabe gansta like Ryan Mallett. I have no doubt he'll go in the top eight... He'll probably go top three.

I thought the whole "we're BFFs" angle was a bit corny.
