Anybody want to play Madden 10? 360

Barbarian024

I play all the time during the day on the weekends.

Im really good but I still get beat by people who cheese. Once I figure out how to beat those guys then I will be set.

I play the game pretty straight up and dont do much of those nano defenses or anything.

Send me one m3 hungry.

How do you guys beat Cover 3?

I swear I can walk up and down the field vs any defense but im having trouble beating a cover 3 consistently.

A lot of that has to do with it being so hard to complete a deep pass down the sideline.

deep out on the side where the safety drops deep middle is the easiest way, if you have an accurate QB and quick WR you can hit a post behind the shallow safety as well you need to time it right though before he gets into the zone of the deep middle safety. A HB or FB running out and back inn will usually split the LBs too

Cover 3 is pretty easy to spot presnap 1 safety will start stepping up a little while the other will take a couple of steps towards the middle. I usually show blitz to hide cover 3 because it's so easy to read

Just went home and did some practice mode on my lunch break and it looks like the Wheel routes are really good against the cover 3 but they take awhile to develop.

Also it looks like 1 of the flats will eventually come open too.

I had some success with the out routes out of the close formations too.

Creating Pressure:

Is the only way to do this on this game is by blitzing? Especially blitzing the A gap?

Why can't my D line shed blocks?

If i'm just sending 4 i usually align my DL towards the WS to get the DE on the tackle and get Spencer or Ware either on the back or free it doesn't work all the time but it works well enough. i'll play on the safety opposite just in case it's a run

my only complaint really is how they ALWAYS gets turned around on playactions
