Anybody watching BP PC?

Or instead of going over to throttle her, just fart in her face.

:p:

If so, it would need to be of the long and wet variety.

I know.

I am going far off the tasteless chart.

Sorry.

Seriously couldn't Jerry step in and ban some of these idiots from attending the PCs?

This is a no-no.

Jerry and the Cowboys can't win that battle. Believe me.

The best thing to do is exactly what Parcells is doing.

If she continues to become a sideshow, then eventually her editors might take note.

these guy's ask some of the dumbest questions I've ever heard?

What would it be to win another superbowl????? WHat do you think??????????:bang2:

My gem was when Jacques asked the purpose of not having the coaches on the field when Bill had just answered it very articulately just 3 minutes prior.

Much respect to Bill for showing restraint on the Hatemonger for that Week 16 comment.

This is the same lady that most were calling the best read on the Dallas beat last year. I'm going to cut her some slack...she's a much better writer than most of those hacks, and when she thinks things over and interviews players, she actually writes very good articles.

Apparently, she simply sucks at asking questions at the press conference. All those fools trying to ask the same 3-4 decent questions that are pertinant to the day have to push and shove for their chance...if suddenly your only good questions have been asked, you still want your air time...you still want your boss to hear you identify yourself and his/her paper.

Let's face it...very few of the reporters ever ask a decent question...they'd probably do better just letting Bill come out and give a summary...they all suck...I won't jump on her for it, but she's like any other writer. If T.O. eventually implodes, she'll be the reporter who wrote about it the most before it happened. If Bledsoe goes down and Romo can't get us to the playoffs because he's never played in the NFL, then she'll be right about that too.

We're probably all better off not hearing the questions and just trying to see what we can glean from Bill's answers.

There is no slack to cut.

She purposely asked needling and unnecessary questions trying to goad a soundbyte out of him that she could then use.

Engel knows exactly what she is doing.

I was one that felt she was a breath of fresh air and wrote excellent columns...

When she attempted to actually take on the persona of LBOH that Galloway tagged her with her work went south in a hurry...

Agreed.

Jerry has always taken the high road when it comes to this IMO.

So many people have ragged on him very badly but he always seemed to be willing to go and do an interview with that same person or station.

Can't think of a way to put it better. her morning show has become nothing more than an attempt to root out any possible controversy on the team, instead of reporting what is going on in training camp.

The irony is that she reports only the stuff none of us has an interest in listening to. Everything we would like to hear about is pretty much ignored.

That was then, and then is now. Once she decided to have agendas she went down hill very fast.

She has completely done a 180. She has become nothing more than someone trying to prove she is right about something she is wrong about.

It has forced her to ask stupid questions to try to get anything she can to prove she was right about something she said or wrote months ago.

She showed such hard hatred for T.O. being signed by Dallas her mission became to prove she was write instead of reporting on the Cowboys.

It really is to bad.

Could you imagine the media uproar that would cause? She would mercilessly trash the team every possible opportunity.

So nothing would change?

I think part of our problem is that we are looking at this from a higher perspective than most.

Taylor said it once and it is probably right. These columnists look to appeal to the average fan who doesn't follow the team closely, doesn't really care (or know) who is going to win the job at RT or FS and so forth. Intrigue sells. While most intelligent fans have figured out that there is no controversy brewing since Romo is starting the first preseason game, the casual fan probably thinks that means something. And we all know how everyone just wants to hear more about Terrell Owens.

It is a remarkable oversight on their part about who their demographic really is, but what can you do?

Yeah when she was dumping on Quincy she was everybody's favoite writer now look nobody can stand her, my how times have changed.

Just Kidding I am not one to get on the mediot bandwagon because I will never base an argument on the opinion on what anyone of them say like some do, but I must admit JFE has changed in the last 2 years and it deffinitaley is not for the better.

She sounded like a complete idiot. IMO she has no business being there, nor covering football. My dog seems to know more about the game.
That's the crazy thing, she really does know quite a bit about football. Before TO came to town, she was one of my favorite sports writers. Suddenly, she is an obsessed hater. What gives?

How he can maintain his composure in the face of such complete ignorance is a testimony to his patience.

The Dallas media is the master of complete ignorance. He has been tolerating it since early 2003. It is no wonder he takes time off from the media during the offseason.
