Anybody's day': How Pederson's offense gives every Jaguars pass-catcher an opportunity

The Jaguars have become one of the league's most potent pass offenses as of late thanks to Pederson's proficiency at utilizing all of his talent.

The offense has allowed those three players to have plenty of success, to become the "No. 1" target on a week-to-week basis. That's how Pederson envisioned his offseason during the offseason, and now it's coming to fruition late in the year.

"You've got a room now that anybody can get the hot hand in any given week," Pederson said in March shortly following the free agency period when asked about the role of a No. 1 receiver. "And it all goes back to game planning a little bit on how we want to use these guys and gameplan ... it's really hard to just put a number on it when anybody could make those plays in any given week."

It's worked out so far. Jacksonville's pass offense ranks 10th this year in passing yards per game with 235.3 per game. They rank 11th in total offense with 357.5 yards per game.

Zay Jones and Christian Kirk have hurt the Cowboys in the past. They seem to reserve their best days for when the play Dallas. Maybe playing for new teams has changed that.
